David Phillips is a public relations practitioner with experience in political, corporate and consultancy practice.

Clients have included: Rockwell Automation, SKF, APV, Boss Trucks, Hyster, Tussauds Group and Hughes Aerospace. In addition to providing stakeholder analysis and strategy development service, his company provides concept mapping services to identify subject in on-line content such as news, blogs and usenet an overnight news service and a global News, Blog and Usenet service which can be trialed free here.

He was founder of the media evaluation company Media Measurement. In 1999 he became Chair of the joint CIPR/PRCA Internet Commission. He is author of 'Evaluating Press Coverage' 1992, 'Managing Your Reputation in Cyberspace' 2000, 'Online Public Relations' 2001 and a number of academic and other articles and a significant PR evaluation Bibliography. He is known for his lectures and Blog. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. His interests today are focused on the value based Public Relations and The Relationship Value Model of Public Relations.
