Once a Stakeholder Map has been completed, an organisations will find that it has a number of stakeholders. Each stakeholder group requires the attention of a professional manager with training in relationship management (such as a Public Relations degree).
The relationship managers will want to explore the nature of the the stakeholder groups. This will require analysis of the group and approaches that are relevant to relationship creation, maintenance and enhancement as required.
Almost inveitably a proposal will need to be developed to establish a range of SMART objectives for each stakeholder group and associated strategies and, in many cases tactical approaches.
